Our translation services are mainly designed to suit applicants who need their application documents translated in order to apply abroad or to obtain an application for a work permit in certain countries.

We translate from French and German into English and vice versa.

The translations are made by native translators who have experience of the hotel industry and are well acquainted with the professional expressions of this industry.

The correctors are native speakers of the language they correct, working together for the best possible translation.

 

How do our translation services work?

• Request a quotation in sending us a copy of the documents you want to have translated, in pdf, word doc or jpeg format, via e-mail.
• Please note that we work in principle only over the internet. If you cannot send us your documents via e-mail but only per post or facsimile, they have to be scanned. This work is charged.
• As translation orders have to be paid in advance, you will immediately receive a detailed quotation, which also serves as a pre-payment (pro-forma) invoice
• You check our quotation, decide what you want to have definitively translated and calculate the final price.
  You settle the amount you have calculated on one of our bank accounts in Switzerland, Germany or Austria
• You then confirm to us per e-mail that you have accepted our offer

Your order is then executed as quickly as possible (usually between 6 to 8 days).

Translations of certificates are delivered via internet, in pdg format.

CV is delivered in word doc format. This means that you always have the opportunity to adapt it, e. g adding positions or to make changes.

Your translations are stored for a period of 12 months, during which you can always apply for copies.

If you prefer your translation to be erased, just inform us.
