The team produces basic educational and advanced training video films in cooperation with the Vocational School of Basel, The Nestlé Pro Gastronomia Foundation and many qualified professionals. The films are produced in Switzerland. The original language is German.

All films are translated into English, some into Spanish or French.

Consultants for the English versions are the staff of the "Les Roches" Hotel Management School, Bluche, Switzerland and Brendan Cronin, Culinary Instructor, Endicott College, Beverly, Mass. USA

SLB VIDEO's most popular product is the DVD "Kitchen Basics" available in 4 languages (German, English, French, Spanish) containing the following short films about all basic cooking methods.
